Cove at Dardenne has three trustees who serve as resources for our subdivision – everything from managing the budget, enforcing indentures and a general resource for our residents. They serve staggered three year terms, one appointed each year.
Effective Sept 2025, Westward360 manages our Homeowner’s Association and collects our dues. annual dues, which are $250/year.
Accounts can be set up at portal.westward360.com.
Checks for dues can still be mailed in to address on the notice. Electronic payment options include a no fee automatic ACH option and echeck or credit card payment options that carry a “small” processing fee which are found by selecting the Payments tab.
