Our current indentures are the original version from 1995. To make changes, it requires 85% approval from all homeowners.


Our subdivision has an operating budget from which expenses such as common ground maintenance and management fees are paid. The income is our annual dues. Residents are invited annually to our Homeowner’s Association meeting (last meeting was Nov. 29, 2021 at Dardenne City Hall) to provide comments and suggestions.

Architectural Change Application

Our Subdivision Indentures require all proposed exterior additions, changes and alterations to the house or lot be submitted to the Review Committee for approval. Common changes include home additions, swimming pools, fences, deck/patio, etc. This document contains instructions on completion and submission.
